    Technical Support (TS) Department

    Apart from our engineers and laboratories also were offering a full range of in-house chemicals product and instrument analysis service by delivering reliable results on-time and thus provides technical guidance to customer for our products and non-products applications.
     
    UMM TS was established in year 2010 with vision to assist our customers through an effective and responsive support.
     
    We have an experience on the hands-on actual plating plant environment and troubleshoot any problems related as to ensure smooth consulting services for every technical requirements.
     
     

    Technical Support Activities

    • Conduct technical support for existing product, process & perform analysis as required by customer;
    • Assist task related with newly developed product when required;
    • Perform on-site support and technical troubleshooting activities for customers;
     
    • Provide consultation to customer with regards to product, process & analysis method;
    • Work closely with colleagues in the laborartory inside & outside the Asean region;
    • Recommend product, process & analytical improvement when requested by customer.
